Terms and conditions

  • We request a 20% deposit to confirm your booking which is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date. Your reservation is confirmed only when the deposit has been received. The balance is paid on arrival.
  • Prices do not include flights or transfers. Car hire is advised.
  • All guests agree to be responsible for their own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.
  • Casa Kiri will not be held responsible or liable for any eventualities occuring on or off site during their stay.
  • All guests accept responsibility for their own property.
  • If guest is unable to travel due to external forces e.g. pandemic, then full refund will be offered.
